Just wanted to extend my gratitude to you all. Starting with the very first interaction… the death call… Dave you were so kind, caring and helpful to me. I felt so helpless being all the way in Florida on vacation when I called you but you took care of those immediate needs to ensure my mother would not go to some cold ugly morgue instead she was taken directly to the funeral home which was a comfort to me. John I am aware that you were there at my mother’s home that day too and it was described to me how she was so nicely wrapped in a quilt with her head out ( which was important to me) and peacefully taken from her home. Thank you for helping to make it a smooth transition from her home to the funeral home. I am sure the family that was there appreciated and noticed the special care given. Also thank you to Jull for driving my aunt Norma to my mothers and being there for her and the rest of the family. Then there was the day we met. Thank you for walking us through all the preparations everything turned our beautiful and went as nicely as it could for such a sad occasion. You all truly have a special and important job and I want to thank you for handling everything and helping me and my family through this difficult time.

Bless you for the words of concern and kindness, your personal visits, and the unbelievable way that you and the company came forward to help at my dad’s death. As some of you may know, dad was 100 years and 70 days old when he died, at any age, he will still be missed.
Every day we all work in a business where we see death. We can become somewhat hardened to the necessary needs and concern a family may need and require. Dad’s death certainly made me realize that our professionalism is necessary and quietly appreciated.
